THE WINES

Semillon, Estate

This refreshingly unique wine is dry, crisp and floral with medium body and delicate apricot fruit. It was cold fermented slowly, for almost two months, to preserve the fruit flavors and aromas, then aged in a combination of stainless steel and neutral oak. Enjoy with white fish and mild shellfish, poultry, tomato linguini, Thai and Mexican cuisines.
